Hi, I'm Talha.
Business-minded product builder who helps organizations figure out where AI actually makes strategic sense. Not just slapping it on, but building it into products and workflows where it genuinely changes outcomes.
I started in business. B.Com Hons, then a deep dive into Business Insights & Analytics in Toronto. Along the way I found myself at the intersection of business strategy, technical teams, and stakeholder chaos. Instead of running from that complexity, I leaned into it.
I've worked in high-growth Indian startups where speed was everything, and in regulated Canadian public sector environments where one wrong move has political consequences. That range taught me something most PMs don't have: the ability to move fast when the room says "go" and move carefully when the room says "we can't afford a mistake."
Today, I build with AI. Not because it's trendy, but because I've seen firsthand how the right automation, deployed thoughtfully, can transform how teams operate. I use tools like Claude Code, n8n, Firebase, and APIs to go from problem to working product. I'm not a traditional developer. I'm something arguably more useful: a business mind that can build.
Shipped products and drove adoption across 57 organizations in a regulated public-sector environment. I know how to navigate stakeholder complexity, political sensitivity, and resistance to change.
I architect solutions using LLMs, no-code platforms, and APIs. From prompt engineering pipelines to fully deployed web apps, I think in systems, not just features.
Trained in Business Insights & Analytics with hands-on experience shaping metrics, dashboards, and data narratives that help executives make confident decisions.
From school board leads to Ministry executives, I've built trust in rooms where "no" is the default. I communicate strategically to align teams and remove resistance.
A free, AI-powered case study simulator that democratizes consulting interview preparation. Because problem-solving skills shouldn't be gated by cost.
Aspiring consultants and strategy professionals rely on expensive subscriptions and static PDFs to practice case studies. The existing tools are rigid, costly, and don't adapt to specific industries or business tensions. There was a clear gap: an interactive, configurable case simulator that anyone could access for free.
I designed and built Case Atlas, a web application where users configure custom case studies by selecting from 8 business functions, 10 industries, 11 business tension types, and 6 geographic regions. The app generates unique, AI-powered case studies with structured reflection questions, creating 6,000+ possible case combinations from a single interface.
I used Firebase for the backend and Google's Gemini for case generation. The hardest challenge was prompt consistency: getting the LLM to produce structured, high-quality outputs reliably. My solution was to build a separate AI agent on n8n that acted as a "Technical Architect," translating my raw product requirements into structured, optimized prompts. Essentially, I created a quality assurance pipeline for AI, using AI to make AI more reliable.
User accounts with saved case histories. Interactive answer evaluation where the LLM reviews user responses and provides targeted feedback on strengths and gaps. Both features came directly from early user testing, proof that I build iteratively, not in isolation.
A self-hosted AI-powered Slack bot that serves as a daily accountability coach. Three daily check-ins (morning commitments, midday progress, evening reflection) with a deliberately "tough love" feedback persona. Designed to solve my own problem: I never reviewed my day. Now the compounding effect of small daily improvements has fundamentally changed how I operate. Currently beta-testing with a small user group.
Defined the metrics and data storytelling framework for a PowerBI dashboard used by Ministry executives and government leadership to assess cybersecurity readiness across Ontario's entire K-12 education sector. Designed drill-down views from sector-wide posture to individual school board gaps, benchmarked against program baselines.
Co-led the productization roadmap for a customized SIEM solution, transitioning the open-source Wazuh platform into a white-labeled, client-ready security product. Owned feature prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and deployment coordination. The product management side, not the code.
Drove adoption of a cybersecurity program across 57 school boards in Ontario's public education sector. Built the operational infrastructure (workplans, progress tracking, and collaboration systems) that made scaling from 17 to 57 organizations possible. Led the rollout of Slack as the cross-organization collaboration platform, then optimized licensing to cut costs by 75%. Defined the metrics framework for a provincial-level cyber posture dashboard used by government executives. Participated in cross-functional planning involving MS Sentinel, Automox, and GPT-powered automation for alert triage. Facilitated cybersecurity workshops for 50-100 participants, translating complex technical topics into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Currently part of the Cyber Resilience Strategy and Oversight Services team within the Cyber Security Division at MPBSDP, continuing to support Ontario's K-12 sector.
57 organizations · 75% cost reduction · Provincial-scale impactStarted as a data analytics intern and earned a full-time conversion based on performance. Managed incident coordination between technical teams and clients via Jira, produced performance reports for leadership, and built the operational foundation that led to the Ministry of Education account assignment.
Cut my teeth across three high-growth environments in India. Managed 20+ clients end-to-end at a retention marketing SaaS startup, assisting on campaigns for Taco Bell and Nando's. Built automated reporting workflows with Zapier that saved 8 hours/week. Later drove a 40% sales increase at a coworking SaaS company by leveraging Tableau for sales forecasting and inventory analysis. Learned to operate at startup speed with minimal resources.
